AISA (the Arsenal Independent Supporters’ Association) launched their website this week.
Of the website, AISA Secretary, Paul Matz says “www.aisa.org will be a crucial campaigning and communications tool for the Association, and will help us enormously as we work with Arsenal to improve the matchday experience at The Emirates, and strengthen the bond between team and fans.”
One of the main initial features is AISA’s annual supporters survey. Addressing key issues, including the ownership of Arsenal, among the areas it covers are:
Ticket pricing
Catering facilities
Stewarding
Atmosphere
Merchandising
Club relationship with fans
AISA Chair, Tony Bernhard-Grout says, “This survey will help to inform AISA’s discussions with Arsenal, and we are looking forward to meeting the new Chief Executive, Ivan Gazidis.”
“The relationship between Arsenal and fans’ organisations has strengthened considerably in recent years. However, there are a range of issues regularly raised with AISA, which indicate that supporters believe Arsenal can do more. The results of this survey will demonstrate what progress Arsenal have made in the last 12 months, and what fans feel strongest about.”
The survey can be completed through the AISA site, or to go to it directly here
