Gooner Gambling Scheme – Important Note!

188bet – Bolton sponsors making life difficult!

Ok – I’ve been asked by [email protected] to post this so that we are able to continue with the scheme by utilising our free £25 bet with 188bet, and take advantage of their promotion to make profit on our way to turning £100 into £1000.

Long and short of it is that, in spite of this not being made clear in the terms and conditions, we need to email 188bet after the bet on the Newcastle game has been resolved. So to make it simple here’s a template for the text of an email to send to the sods. To get the details you need, you will probably need to call up the email you sent them last Friday or Saturday from your sent folder in your email account.

To - [email protected]

Subject - Please issue my £25 free bet to my account

Message -
Dear 188bet,
According to the terms and conditions of your current £25 free bet promotion, I needed to email you with my username, bet ID and promotion code to qualify.
This I did once I had placed the bet. I have now been informed that I needed to do this AFTER the bet was resolved, even though this is not clear in the Ts & Cs
My details are as follows…
Username – FILL IN YOUR USERNAME HERE
Bet ID – FILL IN THE BET ID HERE – CHECK EMAIL YOU SENT ALREADY TO GET THIS
Promotion Code – NU125
Please can you now credit my account with the free £25 bet
Thank you – YOUR NAME HERE

You should then get a response in a few hours stating…
We’re processing your free bet claim and will credit your account with GBP 25 within 7 days, in line with our terms and conditions.

However, Russell has been in touch with them and the reality is that it should be credited within 48 hours, so on Tuesday morning we will post details of our follow up bet, on the Udinese second leg that takes place on Wednesday evening.
