Okay, I’ll keep this brief. The book which I co-wrote with Alex Fynn – Arsènal - The Making of a Modern Superclub has been updated to cover the events of the last two seasons, including the change in the ownership of Arsenal and the dramas on the pitch itself.
There are four new chapters and the existing ones have been revised and updated.
It’s available in paperback from Vision Sports Publishing’s website, with a special discount for Gooner readers. From this page click ‘buy now’ and on that page that opens, in the ‘promotion code’ box, put the word ‘Gooner’ which will get you the book for £6.99 including shipping (RRP is £8.99).
It’s also apparently available in Arsenal’s own stores for those of you attending home matches. A little bird told me that the club’s new executive staff are reputedly given the book to get some idea of the club’s recent history! Not sure what to make of that, but every copy sold helps pay the bills I guess.
