Gooner Gambling Scheme Week 21: Titanbet

Both teams to score? Most likely!

Gooner Gambling Scheme Week 21: Titanbet

Cahill: You can just see him scoring can’t you!

This Week I’m joining titanbet. Click here to get to the site (You can see the sign-up box on the right of the page, don’t worry that it’s an ice hockey page). It follows the standard procedure of placing a £25 qualifying bet to unlock a free £25 bonus offer. The sign-up process is simple and Moneybookers is OK to use. Once logged in you can change the odds over from fraction to decimal in the top right hand corner. The free promotion is only granted once the qualifying bet has been settled so I’m not going to get too much into our recent woes and making predictions for the free bet as I’m keeping the qualifying bet strictly down to finances and what odds will put us into the best position when we do unlock the free £25 to stake next week.

At Titanbet go to “Football”, “England – Premier League” and then “Arsenal - Bolton”. Press the +25 (or may be more if they have increased the number of markets) on the right of the teams. The qualifying bet must be placed on odds over evens (2) and the “both teams to score – No” fits this criteria at 2.05 so place £25 on this. This offers a profit of £26.25. (Scroll up once you have selected no and the betslip is top right of the page)

At Betfair find the “Arsenal v Blackburn game” and under the ‘score markets’ tab lay the “Both teams to score? No” which had odds of 2.26 as I did this with £23 meaning I had a liability of £28.98 so more or less a £2 loss whether both teams score or not. (Remember this is a qualifying bet which unlocks a free one of £25, so a small loss will soon be recouped). The chance of both teams scoring is pretty likely, and frankly the chance of us conceding is almost certain as every time we’re attacked we look likely to collapse so if you do lay with £25 it will mean you go in with a £0 loss if both teams score but if that doesn’t happen you’ll be -£5 so I’m not sure it’s completely worth it.

Check back next week as we look to utilise the promotional £25 once our qualifying bet has been settled on Saturday.

BlueSQ

I’m beginning to get equally as frustrated with Blue SQ as I am with Arsenal and Wenger. Again they’ve not credited the free £10 offer and I’ve had to e-mail [email protected] for the second time. If it’s happened again to any other followers check your history and providing the qualifying bet was before 12 noon last Friday then just quote the time and date of the bet in the complaint e-mail. The qualifying bet of the Arsenal win didn’t come in so once the free bet has been granted we’ll need to add another £10 to our BlueSQ accounts for this week’s qualifying bet. The Arsenal win at 1.44 or over 2.5 goals at 1.53 will both work fine just be sure to lay the outcome with £10 at Betfair. (Arsenal failing to win last week actually meant we were evens with the qualifying bet rather than losing 80p or so).

With my free £10 I’ll most likely put it on a BlueSQ special of “Arsenal to score first and fail to win”, at odds of 6.5 it’s offering a pretty decent return.
