Why record it on monday before the Saints game and before deadline day? Surely deadline day is the most important day as it will determine the rest of the season.Bad planing Ed

@Marc, what a clear-sighted and honest answer you gave in post 47791. It is imperative to strive, but vital to remember what the season originally promised. Well one to you fella.

Oh good. Was worried you'd joined the 'top four is a trophy' brigade! Do you think Wenger should be offered/sign a new contract if no trophy is won but Arsenal finishes 2nd or 3rd?

Gunner SA - Hello Sir. Before the season started, and before we got Ozil, I was so concerned with our lack of signings I thought our top four days had gone. It was tough enough the season before. And then after the Villa game I would have been happy with top ten! Don't get me wrong, I don't see coming third as a trophy, but it's a chuff lot better than where I thought we would be. And if we came third and won the FA Cup I woul dbe more than happy with that.

Before we get the usual ‘Why is this so out of date?’ comments, it was available a short time before the Southampton game on Tuesday under the podcast menu at the bottom of the main page. However, by that time, I was en route to St Mary’s so unable to post anything. Yesterday, we ran a piece on the match, so today is the first opportunity to plug the podcast in this way.
