St Totteringham’s Day Competition

One for all you creative types

St Totteringham’s Day Competition

An example which you can download on the left

So as we are now celebrating an eighteenth consecutive finish above Spurs in the league, it has been suggested to us that we throw out a call for all creative types to do something in either a postcard or 18th birthday card style commemorating 18 years since the first St Totteringham’s Day of the current run. Or, if you prefer, the The Spuds 18th anniversary of finishing below the Gunners.

Use your imaginations and artistic talents. We have three prizes on offer – one of the range available from system3.com in the format of your choice.

Send your entries in to [email protected] and we will post the best of them next week. Get them in by the end of Bank Holiday Monday.

If you want to download the full size version of the example illustrated to email to your Spurs’ supporting associates, click here.

Alsace, yes as good as it is to tramp on the spuds on every occasion that really would be something to celebrate.

Amusing though it is, really because of their unspeakable and unstinting as well as irrational hostility, shouldn't we really only be excited when we finish above everyone else?

I'm sure they will soon be busy creating stylish postcards of their own to celebrate their 50th year as a London football club in 2015.

@Joe - The idea was submitted to us. I think it is that it is the equivalent of a birthday, so the 1996 league finish was the equivalent of the day of birth, at least I think that's the idea

Isn't it our 19th Season? 94-95 was the last time they finished above us.
