Ok, so for those who did not pick up on it in Monday’s editorial, or on Twitter, we were successful in our campaign to raise 1,000 subscribers to continue producing the printed version of The Gooner next season. What that also means is that although there was a cut-off point to get the required 1,000, (our wanting to know if it was to be our last ever issue when 271 went to press), now we have achieved that, there is no deadline for further subscriptions, should you wish to sign up. Full details can be seen on this interactive downloadable form or if you are paying with debit or credit card, here is the page with all the subscription options.
However, we’ve an issue to punt out before the end of the current season. It will be sent out to subscribers today (due to the Bank Holiday weekend, it only went to the printers on Tuesday morning), and be on sale from one of our sellers on your approach to the stadium this evening (as long as you are not too early).
It costs £3, and the contents include…
