Leicester City prospect Dennis Gyamfi is said to be a transfer target for Arsenal.
The Gunners are among a number of teams interested in the 18-year-old defender - and are reported to be 'closing in' on a deal according to various reports.
Gyamfi is set to leave the King Power Stadium this summer when his scholarship contract ends.
The highly-rated teenage right-back would become a free agent if he departed the Foxes - although Leicester would be entitled to claim compensation thanks to his age.
Gyamfi has been with City since 2018 and has featured for their U18 and U23 sides, making his Premier League 2 debut in January.
With uncertainty over just how much Mikel Arteta's Arsenal have to spend in the summer transfer market the north Londoners are keen to land cut-price bargains, with Raul Sanllehi already heavily linked with teenage Norway winger George Lewis after he impressed during a two week trial.
The Gunners have also been deciding whether to swoop for Atletico Madrid's defensive midfielder Thomas Partey with David Ornstein telling the Arsenal Supporters Trust the club have been in contact with the La Liga side, although a deal is not close to being sealed yet.
