Aubameyang offered lucrative deal
Arsenal are set to offer captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang a new £300,000-a-week deal to keep him at the club, according to The Times.
The talismanic 31-year-old has just a year left to run on his current contract and the Gunners are keen to tie him down this summer.
Mikel Arteta is desperate to keep Aubameyang and the Arsenal hierarchy are set to back their head coach by upping the striker's £200,000-a-week deal.
As well as the mammoth salary, Arteta hopes the club's improving performances and FA Cup victory have shown Aubameyang that he can achieve success in north London.
Arsenal close in on Willian
Arsenal could sign Chelsea winger Willian in the coming days if ESPN Brazil are to be believed.
Reports suggest that the winger has turned down a new contract and looks set to leave Stamford Bridge as a free agent, alerting a number of clubs.
The Gunners seem to have muscled to the front of the queue though after holding talks with the 31-year-old over the last few days.
Willian could secure his move across London soon and earn a big pay rise in the process, with some reports claiming he will earn £200,000-a-week at the Emirates.
Barca want Coutinho
Another creative Brazilian talent could also be coming to N5 soon, with Goal claiming Barcelona want Philippe Coutinho to move to Arsenal this summer.
After failing to light up the Camp Nou since his big-money moving from Liverpool in 2018, the Catalan giants are now desperate to move Coutinho on with Arsenal one of a number of clubs showing interest.
Goal suggest that any deal is likely to be a loan move rather than a permanent switch, but Arsenal are still believed to be monitoring his situation.
Championship star on Gunners radar
Arsenal have joined the race to sign QPR star Eberechi Eze, according to the Daily Star.
The attacking midfielder shone in the Championship this season with 14 goals and eight assists, with his form attracting Premier League interest.
QPR have already rejected an offer in excess of £12 million from Crystal Palace while West Ham and West Brom are also in the race for his signature.
