Arsenal's talented Ben Sheaf has joined newly promoted Championship side Coventry City on loan for the entirety of the 2020-21 campaign.
The 22-year-old has been with the north London giants for six years since signing from West Ham United in July 2014.
The defensive midfielder with an excellent technique and top-notch attitude has previously had successful loans spells with League Two side Stevenage as well as Doncaster Rovers during the 2019-20 season.
Sheaf shone for the Yorkshire outfit making 32 appearances, notching a pair of goals.
The highly-rated Gunner also made 60 appearances for the Arsenal U23s under previous boss Freddie Ljungberg, scoring three goals.
A club statement said: "We wish Ben the best of luck for his time with Coventry City and we look forward to seeing his continued development."
It is understood there is an option to buy clause included in the deal.
