65'- CHANCE! Willian slips a pass to Saka who clips a cross towards Holding, but he heads over. Willian is then replaced by Nelson in Arsenal's second change. 1-2

60'- CHANCE! Podence wins the ball and races towards goal. He beats Holding down the outside but Bellerin slides in to block well. 1-2

57'- Willian hits a free-kick over the bar from the edge of the box. 1-2

54'- Traore goes into the book for a dive after a challenge from Gabriel inside the box. 1-2

51'- CHANCE! Neto causes the problem again as he races past Holding and tries to find Silva, but Gabriel just gets there to clear. 1-2

50'- CHANCE! Ceballos slips a pass through for Bellerin who picks out Saka with a cross, but the ball is at an awkward height and he can't guide his effort towards goal. 1-2

46'- Back underway. Holding is on for Luiz at the break. 1-2

Half-time. Arsenal 1-2 Wolves. Really poor first-half for the Gunners who trail at the break. Neto opened the scoring before Gabriel levelled, but Podence's close-range effort has the away side ahead. Plenty of work to do in the next 45 minutes.

49'- CHANCE! Wolves break down Arsenal far too easily again and Traore is eventually found in space on the right, but his shot is into the side netting. 1-2

46'- 10 minutes added time announced as Aubameyang gets in behind Coady and shoots, but his effort is tame and Patricio saves easily. 1-2

42'- GOAL WOLVES. Arsenal punished on the break. Neto bursts forward, gets to the edge of the box and shoots. Leno saves but it drops to Podence who slots home. 1-2

39'- Almost a chance for Wolves as Neto works some space on the left and fires in a cross, but nobody in the middle gets a touch and the ball goes to safety. 1-1

34'- CHANCE! A Wolves corner is met by Dendoncker but his free header is saved by Leno. 1-1

31'- GOALLLL ARSENAL! Gabriel gets Arsenal level and they finally score from open play! A short corner is played in by Willian and his compatriot beats four men to the ball and powers home a header. 1-1

30'- CHANCE! Arsenal nearly back in it as Tierney breaks in behind on the left and crosses towards Aubameyang, but Coady just gets a touch to take it away from the skipper. 0-1

27'- GOAL WOLVES. The away side have the lead. Traore causes the problem down the right with his pace. His clipped cross is met by Dendoncker, he heads against the bar but Neto smashed home the rebound. Work to do for Arsenal. 0-1

24'- Nearly a chance for Wolves on the edge of the box as Bellerin heads a cross to Dendoncker, but he can't connect with his shot and Arsenal clear. 0-0

20'- Both teams settling back into the rhythm of the game after the lengthy deal. 0-0

15'- Play is back underway as Jimenez is take off on a stretcher. Fabio Silva replaces him. 0-0

12'- Jimenez still down as he receives treatment. This looks very, very serious for the Mexican. Hope he is okay. 0-0

8'- Jimenez is the Wolves player down and he looks to have come off worst. Luiz is sat up but bleeding. 0-0

Arsenal last lost at home to Wolves way back in 1979, when they suffered a 3-2 defeat at Highbury in the old First Division. John Hollins and Frank Stapleton scored for the Gunners that day. Since then, Wolves have won just once against the Gunners, beating Unai Emery's side 3-1 back in 2019.
