Arsenal beat Brentford 1-0 in West London on Wednesday evening to reach the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Reiss Nelson's eighth minute goal was enough to beat Thomas Frank's side at the G-tech Stadium.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta made eight changes from the side that drew 2-2 with Spurs in the North London derby.
Among the new faces was talented Hale End academy graduate Charles Sagor Jnr - who was handed his first team debut by manager Arteta.
The 19-year-old did not let anyone down as he battled for 68 minutes against a strong Brentford side before being replaced by Gabriel Jesus.
Sagoe Jnr's efforts were noticed by everyone from North London - including captain Martin Odegaard.
As you can see by our post-match video, in a lovely touch of class Odegaard pushed modest Sagoe Jnr - in the nicest possible way - towards the loyal and vociferous travelling Arsenal supporters in the away end ot Brentford in order for the Gunners No71 to take their acclaim.
