Arsenal have drawn Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League round of 16.
The Portuguese outfit were 4-0 victors (5-1 aggregate) in their qualification yesterday against Midtjylland.
The Gunners face a test against Lisbon, who sit fourth in Primeira Liga and are in good form ahead of the tie.
The first leg of the tie will be played in Portugal at Estadio Jose Alvalade on March 9th, with the return being in North London on the 16th with kick off times yet to be confirmed.
The Gunners last met Sporting in the same competition five years ago, where just one goal was shared over the legs, an away goal scored by Danny Welbeck.
A familiar face will return to the Emirates with former Arsenal right back Hector Bellerin representing Sporting after his move in January from Barcelona.
The competition is packed with fierce opposition this year and would be a great chance for Arsenal to get their hands on some European silverware should form replicate that of in the Premier League.
