Arsenal have released the following statement regarding TV fixture changes

Four of our Premier League fixtures in April have been moved for live TV coverage in the UK.

First to change is our trip to Anfield to play Liverpool - this has now moved to Sunday, April 9 with a 430pm kick-off, and will be shown live on Sky Sports.

However, this fixture is subject to move to Saturday, April 8 at 530pm if Liverpool are scheduled to play in the Champions League the following Tuesday.

The following week sees us head across the capital to take on West Ham United, and that game has also been switched to a Sunday, with the 2pm kick-off shown live on Sky Sports.

Next up, we return to Emirates Stadium to face Southampton, and that fixture has been brought forward to Friday, April 21, again for live transmission on Sky Sports at 8pm.

However, this match will move to Sunday, April 23 at 7pm should we progress into the quarter-finals of the Europa League, or Southampton reach the FA Cup semi-finals.

Our visit to Manchester City on Wednesday, April 26 has been selected for live coverage by BT Sport but remains on its original date and kick-off time of 8pm, before we host Chelsea three days later which has now been altered to a 530pm start to allow for broadcast by Sky Sports.

Meanwhile, all games on the final day of the Premier League season on Sunday, May 28 have been moved to 4.30pm kick-offs, meaning our game with Wolves will shift 30 minutes from its original start time of 4pm.

Our April league fixtures

Sat 1: Leeds United (H) 3pm

Sun 9: Liverpool (A) 430pm

Sun 16: West Ham United (A) 2pm

Fri 21: Southampton (H) 8pm

Wed 26: Manchester City (A) 8pm

Sat 29: Chelsea (H) 530pm

The ‘standard’ TV selections have now been made up to and including May, 1 2023. Ordinarily, fixtures up to this date will not now change. However, as ever, all fixtures remain subject to change and circumstances may yet arise that result in further fixture changes.
