Karl Hein has joined La Liga side Real Valladolid on loan for the 2024-25 season.
The 22-year-old Estonian made his first-team debut at the Emirates in November 2022, in a third-round Carabao Cup tie against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Seen by many as the club's third choice keeper Hein, featured in all three of the Gunners US Tour matches against Bournemouth, Manchester United and Liverpool.
Hein joined the North Londoners in 2018 from his hometown club, Nomme United and went on to put pen to paper on his first professional deal with Arsenal in May 2019.
He then signed a new long-term deal before joining Reading on loan in January 2022, for the remainder of the campaign.
An Estonia international, Karl has already made 30 senior appearances for his country, and was named Estonia’s Young Player of the Year in December 2021.
Hein signed a new, extended, long-term contract with Arsenal in June.
The club said in a statement: "Everyone at Arsenal wishes Karl all the best for this coming season with Real Valladolid."
