Arsenal's home match with Nottingham Forest on the opening weekend of the Premier League was delayed for 30 minutes because of severe issues with the club's new e-ticketing system.
It was estimated that around 35,000 fans were still outside the Emirates Stadium at 1230pm, the time the match was scheduled to start.
The game eventually kicked off at 1pm when more supporters had made their way inside the ground.
It was the first time Arsenal have used the new e-ticketing system for a Premier League game.

A big Arsenal pal I know just walked past the press box and shouted over to me: 'It's absolute chaos outside. A shambles.' While another just WhatsApp'd me: "Whoever pushed this ticketing system through at the club is a proper disgrace.' Arsenal: You Were Warned About This

Another pal has just come to the Arsenal press box and called me over to tell me stewards are 'literally counting people in through the turnstiles without checking tickets...it's a disgrace and extremely dangerous...' he tells me

This is what happens when you create a crush by installing a new ticketing system that is not fit for purpose. Shame on Arsenal pic.twitter.com/mj36xop2Dv

This from another Arsenal pal who took a video at around 12.25 of loyal supporters queuing patiently to get into the Emirates after the new ticketing system failed to cope pic.twitter.com/kMZYuO3ilC
