The teams are in the tunnel...it's an all-to-play-for occasion at the Emirates this evening. Kick off to follow, COYG!
Kick off is fast approaching, what are your score predictions Gooners? I'm going to go with a 3-1 win to the Gunners, I think it's a statement of intent from Arteta to put out a side as strong as he has this evening..less than 10 minutes to go!
Arsenal have lost just once at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League this season, with defeat coming to Manchester City in February.
The visitors aren't a huge fan of playing on English soil, with Sporting's last win in England coming back in the 04/05 campaign with a win over Middlesbrough.
A strong side fielded by Mikel Arteta with a notable inclusion being Gabriel Jesus on his first start since his return from injury. What do you think of that line-up, Gooners?
..And on the bench for Sporting: Israel, Sotiris, Santos, Neto, Rochinha, Fatawu, Tanlongo, Arthur, Jovane, Chermiti, Mateus, Essugo
On the bench for Arsenal: Turner, Tierney, White, Kiwior, Holding, Partey, Odegaard, Smith-Rowe, Saka, Trossard, Hillson
SPORTING LISBON XI: Adan, Esgaio, Inacio, Diomande, St. Juste, Reis, Ugarte, Goncalves, Trincao, Edwards, Paulinho
ARSENAL XI: Ramsdale; Tomiyasu, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko; Jorginho, Xhaka, Vieira; Nelson, Martinelli, Jesus
It's all to play for tonight at the Emirates Stadium with team news to follow shortly.
