Arsenal Women head coach Jonas Eidevall has been nominated for Manager of the Month along with Gareth Taylor and Carla Ward.
March was a successful month for the Gunners, who picked up 2-0 and 4-0 wins against Liverpool and then Reading before a 5-1 success in the North London Derby.
Arsenal remain in fourth place and outside of the Champions League spots but are still very much in with a chance of winning their first WSL title since the 2018/19 season.
If the Gunners win all of their remaining league games then they will become champions, but Arsenal fans will hope that the equation will become easier depending on results elsewhere.
As well as these important results in the WSL that have led to the accolade for Eidevall, Arsenal reached the semi finals of the UEFA Women’s Champions League with a 2-0 win over Bayern Munich at the Emirates after losing in Germany by a goal to nil in the first leg.
Arsenal will now face Wolfsburg in the semi finals after the German side beat PSG 2-1 on aggregate. The second leg takes place at the Emirates on May 1st, Bank Holiday Monday, in what should be a brilliant occasion.
