Arsenal Women will begin the Road to Bilbao in a four team tournament in Round 1 of UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifying.
The Gunners will take on Swedish side Linkoping FC, Stina Blackstenius' former club, in the semi-finals on 6 September (just over two weeks after the World Cup final in Australia), with the final and third-place playoff on 9 September.
The other semi in Group 3 sees Paris FC take on FC Kryvbas. All games will be hosted at the Lynkoping Arena in the south of Sweden, so Arsenal's semi final opponents will have the home advantage.
If Arsenal progress from the Round 1 tournament, they will have to win a two-legged tie in Round 2 in October to progress to the Group Stage in the League Path.
Arsenal started their Champions League campaign with an aggregate win over Ajax in Round 2 before going on to reach the semi-finals, but the Gunners will have to play four games this season just to make the tournament itself after finishing third in the WSL.
