Michelle Agyemang, Katie Reid and Laila Harbert have joined Watford FC Women on dual registration terms for the upcoming season.

The trio all featured for England in the UEFA Women’s U17 European Championships in May and have featured in Arsenal senior squads, before training with Watford throughout pre-season this summer.

Agyemang made her debut for the Gunners against Leicester in November 2022 and scored her first goal for the club against Leeds United in the FA Cup in January. 

The striker will sign her first professional contract with Arsenal when she turns 18 in February 2023.

Sixteen year old defender Reid scored a header in the Euro semi final defeat against Spain and impressed throughout the tournament.

Harbert was named on the bench for Arsenal’s Champions League semi final second leg against Wolfsburg at Emirates Stadium, and was on the scoresheet as in Arsenal academy’s Capital Women’s Cup final win against AFC Wimbledon.

Damon Lathrope’s Watford were promoted back to the Women’s Championship at the end of last season, beating Nottingham Forest in the playoff final at Stadium MK.
