Arsenal Women U21 secure silverware with win over Sheffield United

Arsenal Women U21 beat Sheffield United 2-0 to be crowned PGA Southern League champions.

Vivienne Lia and Tara Junaid scored for Arsenal, who missed two penalties. 

Katie Reid, fresh from making her senior debut against Bristol City, started and played 65 minutes.

The Young Gunners won the title with a game in hand, after Chelsea lost to Liverpool. Arsenal beat Chelsea on penalties after a 1-1 draw on Sunday, April 14.

Arsenal will take on the Northern League winners in the final, of which the date and time is yet to be confirmed. Either Leicester City or Manchester United will take on the Gunners.
