Two of Mikel Arteta's young braves were missing from training ahead of Arsenal's Champions League trip to the Netherlands.

Arsenal are travelling to the Dutch city of Eindhoven to take on PSV in their final group stage clash.

The match is effectively a dead rubber with both sides qualifying with a game to go.

However, Arteta will be concerned that Bukayo Saka and Gabi Martinelli were absent from Arsenal's final training session at the club's HQ London Colney on Monday morning.

Arteta had initially looked as though he had been given a big boost with Emile Smith Rowe back training with the team for the first time in six weeks - even if Saka and Martinelli missing the session was a cause for concern.

It is understood Martinelli was unwell this morning and as such was likely to miss the trip and stay in England. While Saka has a knock in his foot - but is still expected to travel to the Netherlands.
