A visibly furious Mikel Arteta has blasted VAR as an 'absolute disgrace' after those running the technology controverisally allowed Newcastle's winner.
Anthony Gordon's 64th minute goal was allowed to stand, despite the ball appearing to cross the goalline in the build-up.
To the North Londoners fury there were also doubts about whether there was a foul on defender Gabriel prior to the former Everton attacker bundling the ball over the line.
Speaking after the match, an incandescent Arteta slammed VAR, saying: "It's an absolute disgrace," adding the decison was 'embarrassing."
