Arsenal dispatched Aston Villa in their Conti Cup semi-final meeting earlier this month thanks to a first-half hat-trick from Stina Blackstenius. Villa led 1-0 for the majority of their WSL meeting with Arsenal at the Emirates, but were undone by late Katie McCabe and Alessia Russo goals.
Warm handshakes between Jonas Eidevall and former Arsenal players Jordan Nobbs and Noelle Maritz as they leave the pitch- both teams have finished their warm-ups.
Jonas Eidevall told Sky Sports that Lia Walti suffered a "Minor knee injury in training" and will be out for "several weeks".
Aston Villa will remain in seventh place no matter of tonight's result, in what has been a difficult season for Carla Ward's side, who have been hampered by injuries.
Arsenal are seven points off top spot after their defeat at Stamford Bridge, but can close the gap on City and Chelsea if they win at Villa Park.
