Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are back in action at the Emirates this afternoon as Bournemouth pay a visit to north London.

The Gunners will be hoping for three points to continue their encouraging run of form after a disappointing start to February.

It wont necessarily be easy for Arsenal, as Bournemouth find themselves in a relegation scrap, currently sitting 19th and desperate to get points on the board to avoid the drop in May.

The cherries have registered just five wins this season, a win this afternoon would mark Arsenal’s 20th win this campaign.

In the previous fixture between the two, Arsenal were 0-3 victors in the sunshine at the Vitality Stadium, where a Martin Odegaard double and a goal from William Saliba secured three points for Arteta’s side.

Team news should stay the same, with the only possible change coming in midfield after Thomas Partey’s impressive second half cameo against Everton in midweek reintroduced him into the team after injury.

With games coming thick and fast, it’s a possibility Jorginho will be rested to prepare for next weeks trip to Lisbon in the Europa League.

Fans will be eagerly watching Manchester City in the early kick off as they host high-flying Newcastle United, could this weekend be a chance to extend our lead at the top to more than five points?

The match is again untelevised, with action kicking off at 15:00 at the Emirates.
