Made an excellent full-stretch save to deny Chilwell in the first half. Will be annoyed to have conceded from Madueke’s soft finish.

Ben White 6.5/10

A cracking cross on his weaker foot for Arsenal’s third goal. Was targeted a little down Chelsea’s left by the likes of Chilwell and then Mudryk late on.

Jakub Kiwior 7/10

First Premier League start and he took his opportunity really well. Could cement his place in the side now if Saliba’s injury keeps him out for the rest of the season.

Gabriel Magalhaes 7/10

Pulled up with a hamstring injury ten minutes into the second half and went down in agony after Madueke’s goal but was able to continue. Looked steady alongside Kiwior.

Oleksandr Zinchenko 6.5/10

Enjoyed stepping forward and getting his foot on the ball, which he wasn't able to do often against Manchester City. Completely switched off to allow Madueke in behind to pull one back for Chelsea.

Jorginho 7.5/10

Came up against his former team for the first time and will be increasingly glad that he was picked up by Mikel Arteta in January. Provided the cover in midfield for Xhaka to be able to roam forward.

Granit Xhaka 8.5/10

Cleverly weighted pass to set up Odegaard for both the first and second goals! So effective once again in his more attacking role in the Arsenal side, afforded so much space by Chelsea to their detriment and had a role in all three Arsenal goals.

Bukayo Saka 7/10

Made a flying start to the game which continued throughout- had some good chances but couldn’t beat Kepa.

Martin Odegaard 8.5/10

His first time finishing is a thing of beauty- a sumptuous left footed strike to break the deadlock before another calm finish to complete his brace.

Leandro Trossard 7.5/10

Worked hard to press Chelsea into mistakes- plays with real freedom and has been such an important addition to this Arsenal side.

Gabriel Jesus 7.5/10

Helped the likes of Odegaard and Saka to flourish around him and deserved his goal in the 35th minute, taking the ball down well before finishing at the second time of asking

Gabriel Martinelli (Sub, 59’) 7/10

Always a great substitute to be able to introduce, taking no time to burst into action from the bench and take defenders on.
