At a chilly Meadow Park the young guns came back from a goal down to beat their west London rivals in a game that featured two exceptional goals.
Jayden Wareham gave Chelsea the lead midway through the first half before Zach Awe equalised shortly afterwards.
The impressive Salah made it 2-1 following the break after displaying quick feet before unleashing a low shot that flew past Chelsea keeper Lucas Bergstrom and into the bottom corner.
Omari Hutchinson sealed a well-earned victory after a driving ended with a powerful shot to make it 3-1 wiuth moments remaining.
The result sees Arsenal move to third in the Premier League 2 table after 18 matches, four points behind the leaders, Manchester City
