England Under-21s got their Euro 2023 finals campaign off to the perfect start vs Czech Republic with a 2-0 victory in Georgia.

Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey put the Young Lions 1-0 ahead moments after the interval, prior to Arsenal substitute Emile Smith Rowe adding a second strike in stoppage time to seal the triumph for Lee Carsley's side.

Curtis Jones (Liverpool) — 5

Not as influential as he would have liked given his talent and experience

Noni Madueke (Chelsea) - 7.5

A lively performance from the former PSV attacker

Anthony Gordon (Newcastle) — 6.5

A False Nine who flitted in and out of the game 

Morgan Gibbs-White (Nottingham Forest) — 6.5

An U17 World Cup winner from the 2017 cohort that included Marc Guehi and Phil Fodenbut struggled to impose himself on proceedings after a long season at the City Ground
