Find out who impressed with our Player Ratings:
David Raya: 4/10 - Two huge errors meant two goals conceded which could have been costly for Arsenal. Owes Declan Rice big time after the Gunners midfielder got him out of jail with his 97th minute winner. Simply not an ugrade on Aaron Ramsdale. Quote all the distribution stats you like, but as a keeper whose job it is to keep the ball out of the net, Raya, alas is simply not good enough
RB: Ben White - 7.5/10 - Excellent cross for Jesus' emphatic header towards the end of the first half. Engaged in an absorbing duel with Alfie Doughty
CB: William Saliba - 8/10 -Stood firm against a physical but mostly fair Luton side despite some robust challenges
CB: Gabriel Magalhaes - 7/10 - Questions have to be asked regarding Luton's aerial threat especially relating to the goal
LB: Jakub Kiwior - 5/10 - Not his natural position but did not impress.
DM: Declan Rice - 9/10 - Outstanding. Absolutely outstanding
CM: Kai Havertz - 7.5/10 - Easing into his role nicely. Excellent movement off the ball, deserved his goal but perhaps should have had more.
CM: Martin Odegaard - 7/10 - Not hsi most influential game but let's face it, against Luton's physicality how many inherently creative midfielders have flourished this season?
RW: Bukayo Saka - 7/10 - Always lively even if he wasn't as effective as he would have liked to have been. On the wrong end of some agricultural challenges but simply got on with it
ST: Gabriel Jesus - 7.5/10 - Excellent goal and claimed an assist for Havertz's strike. A crafty presence throughout with real guile to harrass Luton's increasingly beleagured backline
LW: Gabriel Martinelli - 7/10 - Took a hefty whack on hbis lower back early on which neccesitated painkillers ut showed character to grab the opener shortly afterwards. Played through the pain barrier for the cause as he never let the Hatters defence settle.
