Victorious Arsenal moved up to second in the Premier League thanks to a 1-0 win over defending champions Manchester City.

Gabriel Martinelli scored the only goal in the 86th minute when his curling shot was deflected off Nathan Ake past Ederson.

The late winner sent the Emirates into raptures as Mikel Arteta's Gunners ended a run of 12 successive defeats at the hands of City in joyous fashion.
