Mehmet Ali's Arsenal U19s are still without their first win in the UEFA Youth League after the Young Guns lost 2-1 to Sevilla on Tuesday afternoon.
Despite a late goal from a player who made his frist team bow for Arsenal at Brentford in the third round of the Carabao Cup in later September, Charles Sagoe Jr goal, the visitors couldn't salvage a late point in Andalusia.
First half goals from Alberto Collado and Jose Antonio Lopez put the home side in control at the Jesus Navas Stadium.
Sagoe Jnr struck the woodwork late on but the ball wouldn't cross the line for the frustrated academy starlets.
Next up are the U21s, who will be in action on Sunday in the PL2 against Brighton & Hove Albion, with a game against Manchester City sandwiched between that prior to the return game with Sevilla on Wednesday, November 8.
All three matches will take place at Meadow Park
