Read Freddie Cardy's Player Ratings as Jonas Eidevall's side picked up a point that moved them back into third place in the WSL.

Manu Zinsberger 7/10

Under increased pressure with the arrival of Canadian shot stopper Sabrina D’Angelo, who impressed on debut against Aston Villa in the Conti Cup. Dealt with crosses well, quick and alert off her line, but West Ham did not even register a shot after the ten minute mark!

Noelle Maritz 6/10

Involved in a lot of Arsenal’s attacking play, with the Gunners focusing their resources down the right flank.

Lotte Wubben-Moy 6/10

Tidy in possession, and largely untested in defence.

Rafaelle Souza 6.5/10

Up against West Ham’s top scorer Brynjarsdottir, and was perhaps a touch fortunate not to give away a penalty for a foul on the Iceland international. Made one or two skilful runs forward from centre back, and was a danger from Arsenal’s set plays- denied by an excellent save with fifteen minutes to go.

Steph Catley 5.5/10

Didn’t seem to be getting forward as much as usual to support Hurtig, perhaps due to Arsenal’s focus on attacking on the opposite flank, and was replaced by Katie McCabe midway through the second half.

Leah Willamson 6.5/10

The England skipper started in midfield once again as a result of Lia Walti’s injury absence. Unleashed a delightful chipped pass over the top of the West Ham defence, but Frida Maanum’s shot was well saved on the half hour mark.

Kim Little (C) 7/10

Tried diligently to solve Arsenal’s lack of creativity. So clever and skilful around the edge of West Ham’s box, always knitting the play together.

Frida Maanum 8/10

Came close less than two minutes into the game, with her control just letting the ball slip away after being played through on goal. Enjoyed driving at the West Ham defence- Arsenal’s star player on the night.

Lina Hurtig 5/10

Made a mess of a good early chance after some good work by Frida Maanum to tee up the Swede, who’s wait for a first WSL goal continues. West Ham worked efficiently to nullify both of Arsenal’s wingers, and Hurtig could have been substituted much earlier.

Caitlin Foord 5.5/10

Was kept quiet by the physicality of Hawa Cissoko, who did a good job of marshalling the Arsenal winger. Moved into a central role after Blackstenius was replaced by Gio.

Stina Blackstenius 5/10

With Arsenal unable to sign Manchester United forward Alessia Russo, at least until the summer window, the onus really is on Blackstenius to find form in front of goal. The Swede blasted a good chance over the bar in the first half and was playing with her back to goal, bringing others into play- something she would do with Miedema in the ‘10’ role, but not what was required tonight.

Laura Wienroither (Sub, 68’) 5.5/10

A throw of the dice by Jonas Eidevall. Kept laying the ball back into midfield rather than trying to deliver the ball into the box.

Victoria Pelova (Sub, 68’) 5.5/10

Finally introduced with just over twenty minutes to go, for her league debut. Unable to influence the game as she did in the FA Cup last weekend.

Katie McCabe (Sub, 68’) 6/10

Struck a beautiful half volley just wide of the post.

Gio Queiroz (Sub, 78)

Subs not used: Sabrina D’Angelo, Kaylan Marckese, Jen Beattie, Kathrine Kuhl, Michelle Agyemang.
