Manu Zinsberger 6/10

Didn’t have too many saves to make- maybe needed to get rid of the ball earlier before Wolfsburg scored their second.

Lotte Wubben-Moy 6.5/10

Seemed indecisive when aerial balls came over the top. Started the attack for Arsenal’s second with a brilliant long pass into Pelova.

Jen Beattie 7.5/10

Came into the side in the middle of Arsenal’s back three with her experience proving vital after recent injuries to Little and Williamson. Fantastic in the air- Jonas Eidevall was full of praise for the Scot in his post-match presser, labelling Beattie an "inspiration" and a "culture-setter" for his squad.

Rafaelle Souza 7/10

Assisted Wolfsburg’s second goal- they say never pass back across goal but the usually faultless Brazilian gave the ball straight to Jonsdottir to double Wolfsburg’s lead. Has popped up with some important goals recently and did the same just before half time, powering her header home- the mistake clearly didn’t get to her and she was excellent in the second half.

Noelle Maritz 6.5/10

Came up against the team where she won this competition in 2013/14 and was one of Arsenal's more solid performers.

Lia Walti 7.5/10

As the song goes, she never gives the ball away. Was fouled regularly by the Wolfsburg side, such is her threat.

Frida Maanum 7/10

Tasked with keeping a close eye on Jill Roord, and for the most part she was able to. Worked really hard in midfield.

Steph Catley 6/10

Interchanged well with McCabe down the left hand side- at times both of Arsenal’s full backs were acting as wingers while Pelova and McCabe dropped back. A peach of a corner to set up Rafaelle’s header.

Victoria Pelova 7.5/10

Started on the right wing after an impressive performance covering in defensive midfield on Wednesday night- drifted into midfield often today. The perfect pass to set up Blackstenius’ equaliser.

Katie McCabe 7/10

Returned from WSL suspension, galvanising the Arsenal side. Needed to be more ruthless in the final third but made some great runs in behind to stretch the defence.

Stina Blackstenius 7/10

Subdued well by Wolfsburg’s high defensive line but did her job well in Arsenal's press. Will be delighted with her goal- good movement to earn herself a tap-in.

Laura Wienroither (Sub, 70’) 6/10

Replaced Steph Catley, with Maritz switching to LWB.

Kathrine Kuhl (Sub, 90’)

Subs not used: Sabrina D’Angelo, Kaylan Marckese, Teyah Goldie, Michelle Agyemang, Laila Harbert.
