The ten men of Arsenal beat Wolves 1-0 in a battling performance at a raucous Molineux on Thursday evening.
Gabriel’s first half goal was enough to seal a crucial victory in a hard-fought match, which saw fellow Brazilian Gabriel Martinelli sent off for two quickfire yellow cards after the interval.

Kieran Tierney: 7/10 - A testing evening at times against Wolves tricky No11 Francisco Trincao but stood firm, to play his part in a heartening triumph
Granit Xhaka: 7/10 - Booked in the first half to set Arsenal hearts racing with fear. Who'd have thought it woldn't be him to receive a second half sending off?

Martin Odegaard: 6/10 - On the end of a couple of hefty challenges early and flickered throughout without really making an impact
Bukayo Saka: 7/10 - Full of energy. Or was until he was hooked after Martinelli’s sending off
Gabriel Martinelli: 6/10 - A constant threat. Never let the Wolves backline settle with his intelligent running on and off the ball. Willing to track back and offered a defensive shield against Nelson Semedo at times. Did not deserve his sending off for two yellow cards in a matter of seconds
Alex Lacazette: 6.5/10 - Worked tirelessly throughout. Helped contribute to Gabriel’s opener with a brave but fair challenge on Wolves keeper Jose Sa. Deserved his round of applause when subbed late on for Nketiah
