Six Arsenal pre-season friendlies confirmed for the club's U21 side

The Arsenal U21 team is set to gear for the 2024-25 season with six friendly fixtures, the club has announced. 

Mehmet Ali’s team are got half a dozen intrugiuing clashes lined up home and away, including the continent as they get ready for Premier League 2 action.

Our pre-season plans begin in familiar surroundings when an Arsenal XI travel to Boreham Wood FC for a game at Meadow Park - now known as the Mangata Pay UK Stadium on Sunday, July 13, three days before a trip to Enfield Town, recently promoted to the National League South.

With Ali's side aiming to improve on their fifth-place finish last season the team jets off to to Slovakia to play the young Austrians of Rapid Vienna on Saturday, July 27. Prior to flying back to Blighty for a clahs with seventh-tier Bishop Stortford at their Donmow Road home.

EFL opposition then follows as the Young Guns head SIncil Bank to face League One side Lincoln City for a game at Sincil Bank - who will provide a stern test ahead of our EFL Trophy matches next term.

Pre-season ends with a behind-closed-doors game against Stoke City’s under-21s at London Colney - now known as the Sobha Realty Training Centre - on Saturday, August 10.

Supporters who wish to watch these games can purchase tickets through the opposition club’s website, with the exception of the Rapid Vienna fixture where entry can be purchased on the gate.
