Fabianski – Poland
Sagna - France
Djourou - Switzerland
Song - Cameroon
Eboue - Ivory Coast
Walcott - England
Ramsey - Wales
Denilson - Brazil
Arshavin - Russia
Vela - Mexico
Bendtner - Denmark

In all he used players from 13 nationalities
Merida - Spain
Randall - England
Bischoff - Portugal

If only Mannone (Italy) had come on instead of Randall ;0)
