The Secret History of Arsenal FC

Plug for a talk next Wednesday, and some book signings with Alan ‘Smudger’ Smith

The Secret History of Arsenal FC

Cover of Alex Fynn’s current book – now out in paperback

Right, been asked to give the following a mention and as the request came from my co-author and partner in football grime, Alex Fynn, how could I possibly refuse.

First up -
Birkbeck Sports Business Centre
Weds 18th November 6pm
Seminar - ‘The Secret History of Arsenal Football Club’ by Alex Fynn
Full details including the location can be found here.

Although the seminar is geared towards students of the Birkbeck’s sports business course, admittance is both free and open to all. Alex will be talking about Arsène Wenger, Arsenal and the situation at boardroom level. He promises revelations gleaned from his access to the manager, directors and major shareholders.

Paperback copies of his book, “Arsènal, the Making of a Modern Superclub’, published by Vision Sports Publishing, will be on sale at the end of the seminar for £5. Alex will happily sign these on request.

Which brings us on to some in-store bookshop signings of said tome. Not sure they will be as cheap as a fiver, but two of the events include legendary Gunners striker Alan ‘Smudger’ Smith, who was interviewed for the book.
