Ramsey: Seems like there is more sympathy for Shawcross

As I said in my previous pieces, I really think Arsenal WILL win the title; after this match at Stoke I'm even more convinced of this. The guys have started to develop balls. I feel now exactly as I felt that night after our match at St Andrews in 2008, but there's a huge difference between that game and this last one. Despite losing Ramsey, we won 3-1, showing some manly attitude I didn't expect our midgets to have. Being a medical student and having very recently studied traumatology, I can really feel the pain in Aaron's leg myself. It'll certainly be a long term injury, not as nasty as Eduardo's maybe, but certainly his season is over and probably even a bit of next season. I really hope his career is not over (it seems not to be that bad however) as it'd be a big blow for himself and for Arsenal too, as he's part of our youth plan and he could really be our next Fabregas', assuming our captain leaves this summer for Barcelona.

And now something about this Ryan f***ing Shawcross. People like this blossom daily at places like Stoke, Birmingham, Bolton etc. They, and this wreckless Shawcross dog, think they can behave like thugs when they come across Arsenal. They're not skilled as us, they've nowhere near our flair, our bright style of play, and think they can cope by kicking the Gunners!! After the match Arsène was very composed and just said in his managerial mood that the tackle was 'unacceptable'. In my opinion he should have gone round asking for Shawcross' head. Tony Pulis had the nerve to say that Wenger 'doesn't know the kid' and that 'he didn't mean it'.

Even assuming he didn't mean it, he just f***ing did it and tore Aaron's leg in pieces. He was so pathetic when he began to cry. What the heck was he trying to do?? The press have already fallen in his trap, pointing out that, even though the tackle was horrible, he was so sad when walking out of the pitch, he was crying, poor-little-thing. Wasn't Ramsey crying as well?? Nobody pointed that out.

Now, the title race. We're in it, more than ever. Those weirdos at Stamford Bridge must not be as good as everybody thinks. What worries me is that, while we're very convincing against lesser sides, we're absolutely crap with the top ones, and Man City are now effectively part of the top 4. And we still have to play that at the Grove and it'll be even an emotionally charged match for the obvious reasons.

But after all, in spite of the act of sheer thuggery last Saturday, I feel we can really nick the title. There's something inside that tells me this is the right time for us to explode. In the positive way of course.
