The Riders of the Night Play the O2!

Well, that’s the O2 Academy, Islington, but the arena is surely only a matter of time

Flyer for the gig downloadable here

Ok, our old pals from The Riders of the Night are after another plug, and who are we to refuse. This time, they are supporting Bruce Foxton’s From The Jam –playing the old Jam classics with the legendary Jam bass player singing them rather than Paul Weller.

For those of a certain age, the other band on the bill, Department S, will take them back to an age when life was, strangely, somehow better… maybe because we were all a bit younger then!

The Riders’ last show in Islington sold out sharpish, so I wouldn’t hang around too long.

Anyway – here are all the details of the gig and how to get your tickets without the booking fee charged elsewhere…

02 ACADEMY, ISLINGTON, N1 Centre, 16 Parkfield St, London, N1 - 15th December 2010. Doors 7pm - The Riders onstage 7:30pm

FROM THE JAM: Bruce Foxton's From The Jam perform all those classic Jam hits along with favourite album tracks. A must see show for any Jam fan.

DEPARTMENT S: The recently reformed post-punk legends play a classic set featuring the iconic "Is Vic There?"

THE RIDERS OF THE NIGHT: Local heroes play their punky set including the soon to be released and eagerly awaited "Kerb Crawler"

Tickets £17.00 available via this link. No service charges, no booking fees, FREE P&P, you just pay for the price of the ticket.

How fair is that?
