The King's Speech-less

A proven winner (with past allegiances to the club!): Sign him up

King Cesc must have been speechless whilst the alternative Oscar ceremony was in full flow on Sunday night. The timing of Chesney and Larry’s togetherness at that vital moment was exquisite. They picked up the best original screenplay award for their respective portrayal of The Spanish Waiter and Pascal Cygan.

Unsupporting actor awards went to One Song and Rosicky for their parts in allowing themselves to be outnumbered by a bunch of moderate journeymen. The four who did deserve awards, namely Jack, Percy, Sammy and The Dwarf, went home with nothing having felt let down by others.

Weng refused his Oscar for best producer as he preferred to wait until May before he is judged on his performance. However, he was heard to remark "I have a feeling my career's just peaked”.

Well done Fozzy - a stuttering performance by Arsenal? But Chelski may have just reignited our season?

Fozzy - surprised you can appreciate anything by the time it gets to late on a sunday night. I miss the q and a sessions they used to show with Hill-Wood and AW on Arsenal TV. Both the old fart and AW displayed breathtaking arrogance in basically telling anyone questioning their transfer policy to f off and how dare they question them when selling proven world beaters and not replacing them while trousering the dough. Most of us knew this was foolhardy and would come back to bite them! That level of self righteous indignation would not win them an oscar. But Aws pontificating about how everyone else was wrong while he was right was worthy of the luvvies who do win and give equally stomach churning ripostes!

AW has had his day, how can you place so much pressure on these guys who are young and in need of rounded footballing guidance, defensively, at set pieces, he clearly can't coach this can he? He hasn't invested in the squad in order to please the board, the team were fazed due to tiredness, please leave in May! You've done us well, let someone else have ago, FFS!
