I bet The Observer sells less copies than The Gooner. It's no more than 50,000 these days is it? It almost closed down last year. Amy Lawrence would be better off coming back to you. You really don't need to fawn over her like she is some kind of celeb.

I am surprised that the comments are so aggressive and mean spirited. After all these are only opinions.

A damp squib after the last one that was at least half credible. Please don't invite any of them back in a hurry. The whole point of the podcasts - as a rule - is that they are fan based - and not some bunch of puffed up media primadonnas. If I am so besotted with the Guardian's take on life - (and believe me I am not) then I'll read 'Amy Lawreance' there. Give us the Spy, or Kev, or an 'Arsene ****s gold bricks' Gooner who at least speaks as a fan. Spare us a repeat of this, any time soon.

Excellent podcast. Intelligent comments and well balanced except for the comments about Arsenal fans being spoiled and the biggest whingers ever! Let's see what the board and wenger do to strengthen in the summer and what they do with the cesc Fabregas transfer situation. If Torres is worth £50m and Kaka £56m then we should be asking for £50m AND Mascherano

Better than the usual "Arsene is a c**t" sessions of the podcast (the injection of balance from Kevin Wicheter excluded). All in all a pretty accurate summarisation of the current state of affiars: so CLOSE, but COULD be so much better, SHOULD be so much better, but will AW (and the board) do anything about it?

I really wanted to enjoy these special podcasts but they just spout stuff that makes no sense. Auclair talks in riddles.

how amy lawrence sez david wheater is good enough for arsenal is beyond me when he had problems cutting it in the championship for a year and a half. The centre back we shud of signed instead of squillaci shud of been adil rami with lille who is a dominant defender in the mould of vidic who plays for lille and is signin for valencia for 5m at the end of the season. This is where arsene shud be criticised with all his knowledge of french football dat he allowed a player of his calibre slip through his grasp the price wud of fitted in with his frugal ways but instead buys a cast off from seville who kevin doyle destroyed in a world cup play off last season. Then we hav phillippe auclair saying at the start we need a goalkeeper and 2 minutes later sayin chezza will be arsenal keeper for years.Make up your mind criticise constructively stop contradicting and stop criticising for the sake of it.

After the last lot of sanctimonious and patronising musings from messrs Auclair and Lawrence I'll give this one a miss thank you. And don't you think it's a bit rude to say things like "You can download the other 68 podcasts here - but be warned they are not of this quality." and "be warned only number 69 is anything like this one.". I don't know you other contributors personally, and I agree that they vary in quality depending on who is there. What I will say is though that they often make excellent points and the podcast is always a great listen. I actually think they speak a lot more sense than Lawrence and co. did in the last effort. Just because you are a professional writer doesn't mean you can express yourself that well verbally. Auclair expecially was a mass of contradictions, and didn't really make much sense. I think you do your previous podcasts an injustice. I find it refreshing that from the comments on the previous podcast that people haven't been lapping at the feet of these two and instead we have reacted with the disdain this podcast deserved. I will never be so happy to hear the dulcet tones of Steve Ashford again.
