Arsenal 2-2 Crystal Palace.

Kiwior (3) Trossard (42) Eze (27) Mateta (83)

View from the Armchair takes a look at the Gunners team performance ahead of the crunch clash against PSG next week

David Raya: 6.5/10 - Couldn’t do anything for the equaliser which went in off the post, an off night for our numero Uno.

Jurrien Timber: 7/10 - assist for Trossards goal, solid at the back as he normally is.

Jakub Kiwior: 8/10 - MOTM solid display with a vital block against Eddie Nketiah, and a perfectly placed header for his goal a good nights work.

William Saliba: 6/10 - another lack of concentration, costs him and us dearly, sublime dinked finish from Mateta mind.

Myles Lewis-Skelly: 7/10 - man’s got such an old head on his shoulders he’s ripe and ready to replace Attenborough on narration duties!

Thomas Partey: 7.5/10 - increasingly important cog in this Arsenal team, played an integral part in the first goal, showed delightful touches all night, sign him up boss!

Martin Odegaard: 7/10 - an ok night for our midfield maestro never too far away from being a delight to watch.

Declan Rice: 7/10 - Half price midfield general, saving his rampaging  best for PSG maybe?

Raheem Sterling: - 6/10 - did a lot of ugly work closing down, desperately needs a goal to go in off his backside if need be to build his confidence.

Leandro Trossard: 7/10 - solid nights work from our impish Belgian goal machine, weighed in with a sublime pull back shot for his goal leaving the keeper stranded.

Gabi Martinelli: 6.5/10 - solid, workman like, looks like he could do with a rest to my untrained eye, burn out has to be a worry

Substitutes:

Bukayo Saka: 6.5/10 - great save from the Palace keeper kept him off the score sheet, wrap him up in cotton wool

Ethan Nwaneri: 6.5/10 - no time to shine bought on late on

Kieran Tierney:  6.5/10 - no time to shine bought on late on

.....

Have to give a mention for the one who got away, Eze for the other lot - beautiful tekkers on the buddy holly for the equaliser.

You have to doff your cap when you see it, he was the main threat when he had the ball at his feet.

We could do worse than go out and get this man added to our squad next season.

Crowd vibes and atmosphere: 7/10 - Gooners kept the faith as you always have done under Arteta, keep it up, the boys will need your support for the rest of this season which could still be a momentous one, good job on an overall

7/10 Kind of night at the Emirates, safe travels home wherever you are headed.
