ONE NIGHT STAY

Flight 2 - We hope to offer additional capacity from Gatwick; however, this is still in the process of being confirmed and we will update accordingly. We will offer the opportunity to switch Stanstead to Gatwick if the Gatwick option is confirmed.

This massive match in the Bernabeu rekindles memories of the famous quarter final in 2006 and Thierry Henry's magnificent goal. This is our first visit to this iconic venue since that amazing night.

Wednesday 16th April: The day of the game depart Stansted airport 07.30 arriving into Madrid 10:55 local time.

This match takes place during the Easter school holidays so hopefully the traffic to the airport will be lighter than usual.

During Easter week it is difficult to secure large blocks of hotel rooms at competitive prices, however we can see there are plenty of room available to book online in all classed of hotels depending on your preference. Hence, we are offering a flight only option. There is a metro from the airport to the city centre and taxis in Madrid are reasonably priced.

Madrid is an absolutely magnificent city that needs no introduction, and everyone should have a great time.

 The stadium is very close to the city centre making a one night stop over ideal as people can easily get back to their hotels after the game and  normally find a few places open for late night food and drinks. No rush to get up in the morning, a chance to have a good breakfast, reflect on the game and head up to the airport for the early afternoon flight back to Stanstead.

You will need to make your own way to the Stadium for the match. Kick off 21:00 local time.

Thursday 17th April: Check out of your chosen hotel and make your way to the airport for Check-in.

Return flight from Madrid 13.45 and lands back into Stansted airport around 15.10
