Arsenal Women discover FA Cup fifth round opponents

Arsenal Women will host Manchester City in the fifth round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.

The tie will take place on the weekend of 10 and 11 February 2024, and will be played at Meadow Park.

Arsenal won 5-1 against Women’s Championship side Watford to reach the fifth round. The Gunners have won the FA Cup 14 times, more than any other club.

Three-time winners Manchester City won 4-0 away to Durham in the fourth round, with former Arsenal midfielder Jill Roord scoring a brace.

Arsenal beat Manchester City at Meadow Park to reach the Conti Cup final last season. City sit second in the WSL, with Arsenal third.

The winning team will be awarded £80,000 of prize money, with the losing side picking up £20,000.
