Arsenals best players this season 2024

Arsenal are currently sitting fourth in the Premier League having started the season well, but can they win the league this year? Man City started well but their form has deteriorated, on top at the moment is Liverpool but with a new manager, do they have the nerve to stay top and be consistent or will they crumble, allowing Arsenal to go top and win it? Only time will tell, but every Arsenal fan will have their fingers crossed. 

It’s nearly coming to the end of the first half of the season and the Christmas transfer window is due to open. Will Arsenal sign any new players, or will they keep their current squad? - If you enjoy football betting, the transfer market is a good time to bet as a lot happens. But before it opens, we look into Arsenal's best players this season so far. 

Bukayo Saka

There is no denying that Bukayo Saka is a world-class player. Pretty much a guaranteed starter for both England and Arsenal, he has excelled hugely over the years, showing the world that he deserves to play in the biggest tournaments. This year he has had a couple of injuries, but that hasn’t stopped him from performing well and scoring four and assisting eight in the premier league. In the Uefa Champions League, he sits on two goals and one assist. Arsenal are going to need him performing at his best in the second half of the season if they are to win the league. 

Declan Rice 

He came with a heavy price tag from West Ham which some people questioned, but plenty would say he has earned his spot in the Arsenal team. Putting on some stellar performances, he has become a regular in the team, changing games with his passing and defending abilities. He has also scored and assisted a couple of times this year - although, fans may be asking for a great contribution moving forward. 

William Saliba

If Arsenal are to win the league, there are a few players they must keep fit and play their best and one of these players is William Saliba. A monster in defence, he is turning out to be a great player for Arsenal who they can rely on week in, week out. Rarely making errors, Willian Saliba is going to be an instant starter for a lot of the games moving forward. 

Everyone will be hoping Arsenal can change the tides and win the league this year. Can they do it, only time will tell but if they keep playing well, there is certainly a chance they can - they just need Liverpool to drop a couple of points and City to continue doing the same.
