Renee Slegers has told the Gooner Fanzine "you will find out soon" about the future of Arsenal right-back Laura Wienroither.
The Austrian defender was once again an unused substitute as a changed Arsenal side romped to a 5-0 FA Cup win over Bristol City.
Katie Reid started at right-back rather than Wienroither, with Emily Fox dropping to the bench before coming on in the second half.
Asked by the Gooner if Wienroither will remain an Arsenal player, Slegers said: “There’s two days left in the window. I think you guys will find out soon.
"Laura has been a brilliant player for Arsenal, she’s meant a lot and she’s still meaning a lot for the team.”
The January transfer window closes at 11pm GMT tomorrow (Thursday).
Asked Renee Slegers about Arsenal Women's versatile players and Niamh Peacock's first call-up to the senior squad- @GoonerFanzine ??"I think they're just good enough as a squad. We have very versatile players who can play different roles for the team."https://t.co/FsFOz0Wou1
