Full time: Everton 1-3 Arsenal!
90+7' This time she's onside but Brosnan saves! 1-3
90+6' Blackstenius has the chance to make it 4-1 but puts her shot wide, and the offside flag is up anyway. 1-3
90+2' Seven added minutes... 1-3
90' GOAL! That will do it for Arsenal, Russo timing her run perfectly, taking the ball past Brosnan and finding the net! 1-3
89' Good goalkeeping from Zinsberger to come off her line and clear- Hurtig is finishing the game at right-back, by the way! 1-2
87' Lina Hurtig replaces Emily Fox. 1-2
81' Another strong save by the busy Brosnan, this time to deny Blackstenius after she timed her run in behind. 1-2
79' Both McCabe and Mead have shots saved by Brosnan. 1-2
75' It is absolutely freezing now on Merseyside. Arsenal have pushed for a third goal, with Catley hitting the woodwork twice. 1-2
72' Foord's goal has gone down officially as an OG by the looks of it. 1-2
69' Close! Catley's header hits the crossbar. 1-2
64! GOAL! Caitlin Foord! Stunning build up play as Fox’s reverse pass tees up Russo, Blackstenius can’t turn the ball home but Foord can!!! 1-2
62' A quadruple change for Arsenal- Foord, Mead, Blackstenius, Cooney-Cross on for Maanum, Little, Kelly, Walti. 1-1
59' What a chance- the ball falls to Williamson in the box and she lifts her shot high and wide. 1-1
57' Little jinks into the box and tees up Russo for a powerful effort over the bar. 1-1
55' Looks like Kyra Cooney-Cross will come on shortly. 1-1
53' Close again from Maanum, another positive Arsenal move and the Norwegian's sweeping left-footed finish just evades the top corner. 1-1
51' Top save by Brosnan as Kelly fires a cross in and Maanum flicks it goalbound, well stopped. 1-1
48' Danger there for Arsenal as an enticing cross from the left wing just evades Payne at the back post. 1-1
47' Clever flick from Kelly to set up Russo and she takes aim first time. Straight at Brosnan from a narrow angle. 1-1
46' The second half is underway. With Liverpool 2-0 up against Man United, Arsenal can go second if they win here and that result holds on the red side of the city. 1-1
Arsenal are unchanged for the second half.
This has Lina Hurtig 89th minute winner from off the bench written all over it, my football senses tell me.
Not for the want of trying with a few interesting tweaks, but that just seemed a predictable half for Arsenal against a well-organised Everton side who carry a threat on the counter. Too many errors leading to goals for Arsenal of late.
Half time: Everton 1-1 Arsenal.
45+1' Mariona finds some space but fires over from 25 yards. 1-1
43' Arsenal have a free-kick a good 30 yards from goal. McCabe's delivery is headed away by Vanhaevermaet, who then clears the resulting ball in from Kelly. 1-1
41' A deep Arsenal cross picks out Brosnan. Copy and paste that a minute later, but swap Everton and Zinsberger for Arsenal and Brosnan. 1-1
36' Goal! Arsenal were on top after going in front but Toni Payne levels for the home side from close range. 1-1
36' Arsenal are on top here, now Little can fire the ball across goal but no teammate is there at the back post. 0-1
34' Close! Some space for Kelly on the edge of the box and her left-footed effort is just over the crossbar. 0-1
33' Gago goes for a Gago-al from a narrow angle but Williamson gets across to block. 0-1
32' Some good pressing from Arsenal forces a corner but Everton clear. 0-1
30' That goal came at a crucial time for the Gunners, who had created very little in the opening 20 minutes or so. Russo's ninth in the league this season. 0-1
25' GOAL! Arsenal have the breakthrough after 25 minutes as Alessia Russo turns the ball past Courtney Brosnan, who should have done better. Nice work from Kim Little in the buildup- 0-1
20' Just not sticking for anyone so far as Arsenal battle for possession in midfield. Who will strike first? 0-0
16' Walti and Arsenal are certainly looking to zip some direct passes into the box from central areas, haven't stuck so far.
15' Everton keeper Brosnan is down so we'll call this a tactical timeout. Back up now after the teams take on some instructions. 0-0
11' Three offsides for Arsenal in the first 10 minutes- Kelly is not happy with the assistant. 0-0
10' Ooooo. Fernandez tries to play through the lines and her pass cannons off Maanum and behind for a goal kick. 0-0
8' Good move from Everton and Hayashi drives an early effort towards the bottom corner- Zinsberger quickly across to save well. 0-0
7' Poor header by McCabe and Holmgaard breaks forward. Nothing doing in the end for the home side. 0-0
4' First attack for Everton through Payne but Catley defends well and Arsenal can work the ball forward. 0-0
3' Walti and Maanum combine to find Kelly out wide, she moved the ball back to Walti and her cross picks out Brosnan in goal. 0-0
1' Underway at Walton Hall Park! 0-0
There will be one minute of applause after the tragic passing of young footballer Poppy Atkinson.
Here come the teams! Arsenal in red and white, Everton blue.
Arsenal drew 1-1 here last season with teenage substitute Izzy Hobson scoring a late equaliser for the home side. In October, it was goalless between the two sides in North London.
So then, after losing to Liverpool in the FA Cup, the Champions League is Arsenal's last realistic hope for silverware this season. That starts again in Madrid on Tuesday, giving Friday night in Everton a real banana skin feel. It's a strong Arsenal side, but Brian Sorensen and co will feel they can give the Gunners a real game here.
It's a sell-out here at Walton Hall Park, with Arsenal's loyal travelling fans also filling their small away allocation. Outstanding commitment from each and every single one.
Daphne van Domselaar is out after suffering a concussion during the Liverpool defeat, so Manu Zinsberger comes into the side.
Chloe Kelly goes up against her former club, having been cup-tied to take on Liverpool on Sunday. She's only been available for three of the seven games Arsenal have played since joining on loan on deadline day, due to being ineligible for a number of fixtures.
Everton line up in a 4-4-1-1, but Brian Sorensen's side can easily move to a back five, as they did in the 0-0 draw at the Emirates earlier this season.
Arsenal make four changes from Sunday's FA Cup defeat at home to Liverpool. Zinsberger, Walti, Maanum and Kelly come in for van Domselaar, Cooney-Cross, Mead and Foord.
Subs: Ramsey, Wheeler, Lawley, Hope, Watson, Payne, Sarri, K Holmgaard, Olesen.
Everton: Brosnan; S Holmgaard; Stenevik, Fernandez, Mjelde; Kago, Hayashi, Ladd, Vanhaevermaet; Snoejis; Payne.
Subs: Williams, Mead, Hurtig, Foord, Pelova, Nighswonger, Blackstenius, Ilestedt, Cooney-Cross.
Arsenal: Zinsberger; McCabe, Catley, Williamson, Fox; Walti, Little; Mariona, Maanum, Kelly; Russo.
Good evening and welcome to a cold Walton Hall Park as Everton take on Arsenal in the WSL.
