All you need to know about Liverpool v Arsenal in the Women's Super League, including TV details, live stream coverage and kick-off time.

Prologue

The final Women's Super League game of 2024 takes place at St Helens Stadium, where Liverpool Women play host to Arsenal Women this Sunday afternoon (December 15).

With the WSL set to take a winter break after this weekend - even if the Gunners will be facing Bayern Munich at Meadow Park this Wednesday before they start their midwinter hiatus - the North Londoners may feel the suspension is coming at a bad time for them, given the superb form they have shown under interim boss Renée Slegers.

The Gunners have won four of their last five WSL games, including winning 5-0 vs Brighton, 3-0 vs Spurs, and 4-0 vs Aston Villa, rising to third spot – four points behind second-place Man City and nine behind leaders Chelsea, who were held to a draw at Leicester on Saturday afternoon.

That's without mentioning the win in sub-zero temperatures in Norway, when AWFC beat Valerenga 3-1 in Oslo.

For their part, Liverpool have lost three on the bounce in the WSL - losing to Chelsea, being beaten in the Merseyside derby vs Everton, and to north west rivals Manchester United, albeit supplemented with cup win against Newcastle and the Toffees.
