Arsenal forward Rosa Kafaji took momentarily to social media on Tuesday night after the Gunners’ 2-0 defeat to Real Madrid.
Linda Caicedo and Athenea del Castillo scored crucial goals for the home side on a difficult rain-soaked that Real adapted to and Arsenal struggled on.
Kafaji was an unused substitute, with Chloe Kelly and Caitlin Foord coming on at half-time before a late introduction for Lina Hurtig.
Signed in the summer from BK Hacken, Kafaji has found regular game time hard to come by. The Sweden international came off the bench and score against West Ham in Renée Slegers’ second game in interim charge, but her only start under Slegers came in the Subway Cup final.
An hour or so after full-time in Madrid, Kafaji posted an Instagram story containing two yawning, and one snoring, emojis, on a black background.

The story was then deleted five minutes later.
Arsenal host Real Madrid a week on Wednesday in the second leg, with a WSL meeting with Liverpool to come on Saturday, also at Emirates Stadium.
