I have had my appeal today against my banning order and it was successfully overturned. I’m so happy as you can imagine and I can now get back to watching my beloved Arsenal. I always thought if I had a fair hearing I stood a good chance of winning and in the end, that’s how it turned out.
I’d like to say thank you to all the messages of support on the forum, I really appreciated them and they gave me the encouragement to carry on and go through with the appeal.
I’d also like to say a big thank you to my solicitors Tuckers as they were absolutely superb. Demetrios Savvides, Richard Furlong and John Kaye really did make all the difference and I’m convinced that if I had used them in the first place, I wouldn’t have needed an appeal.
If anybody ever finds them self in the same predicament I found myself, I would strongly urge you to use Tuckers, rather than CJH, who I used the first time. They were far more professional, thorough and spent the relevant time needed beforehand to prepare the case, which was vital in overturning the ban.
Thanks again and a message to all Gooners: Don’t sell a ticket outside the ground!
